In the early hours of today, Tanzania’s football giants YANGA SC officially announced the signing of 22-year-old winger Jonathan Ikangalombo from the renowned AS Vita Club of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Versatile Talent for YANGA SC

Ikangalombo, a highly versatile player capable of operating as a right winger, left winger, and forward, has displayed remarkable form during the 2024/2025 season with AS Vita Club. His impressive statistics include scoring 6 goals and providing 8 assists, a testament to his attacking prowess and ability to create scoring opportunities for his team.

Previous Clubs and Achievements

Before joining AS Vita Club, Ikangalombo played for Motema Pembe, where he gained significant experience in continental competitions, including the prestigious CAF Confederation Cup. His performances at the club level have made him a standout player in the Congolese football scene.
