Lulu Diva, born on March 21, 1995, moved with her family to Dar es Salaam at the age of eight, where she has since called home. Growing up, she was immersed in the vibrant musical landscape of the late ’90s, which sparked her passion for singing and performing.

Lulu Diva first gained attention in 2013, when she placed as the second runner-up in the Miss Pwani beauty contest and first runner-up in the Miss Kibaha beauty contest. Her success in these competitions opened doors to modeling opportunities within the Tanzanian music industry. She then began appearing in music videos, including Mirror’s “Naogopa,” Girl 9’s “Burger,” and other projects, further building her public presence.
